Birding and Snow

This is a beautiful time of the year with all the snow unless you must travel in it everyday.  I really love snow that is why I am an Indiana girl love the change of seasons, trees, flowering bulbs of spring.  I also love to watch and  feed the birds all year long.  They are eating up a storm and as soon as this snow melts they will for the most part go back to the woods.    
Since it is 2013 I hope all have a prosperous and healthy new year. May all of your wishes come true. Until we meet again.

    I so have to take my bird feeder back out and fill it. We took it down one very windy day, and it hasn't made it back out. Our ground is just barely covered with snow, much to the disappointment of our girls. They were hoping Daddy could make great big mountains with the tractor and blade. Winter isn't over yet, so there is still hope, but we've been just a bit jealous up here of all the snow you "southerners" have been enjoying.
